This website spells out the "soft skills" that employers expect in the workplace. It is aimed at youth ages 14-21 just entering the workplace

An article on how we might help students to find strength and passion through their interests.
Should we be comparing notes on the kinds of interest inventories we do? Should we pass those along from grade to grade?
